Great overall experience even if it was a bit confusing at first. Ultimately, the CS reps were a BIG help and made everything right. In short, I was called early before I had a chance to submit my intake paperwork. During the call, they approved me, but I did not know they had. The video call did not connect, so I called the CS reps, and they made sure I was set up for an additional appointment at no charge. They also verified that all of my documents were received. The second Dr. explained that they first had already approved me, but even he took the time to explain the process. In short, you can use them with confidence.

I've been a returning virtual patient for three years now. Everyone is friendly and is there to help. If you are on the email list you may receive different renewal offers, but you won't know about them if you unsubscribed. I didn't have a lot of files up upload this year but it never hurts to give them the latest record from your attending physicians.

Green Health Docs has been incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient in securing my medical marijuana approval every year since my initial visit in 2018. Each year since, I've had a virtual appointment with a member of their professional and compassionate staff to recertify. As someone with multiple chronic illnesses, I appreciate how easy the process it, and I'm grateful.

As a newbie in the world of medicinal cannabis I was happily surprised that the doctor took some time to read my file and acknowledged my condition and concerns, she answered all my questions and was clear and direct which is really appreciated. Can wait to find the product that will help me have a more normal pain free life!

I paid $200 to them in August and when the dispensary opened...they never called to schedule an appt to get my card.....then a few months later they actually asked me to renew my card....which I never even got!!!!! WHAT A TOTAL RIPOFF OF DISABLED AND ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO GIVE AND TRUST....I WANT MY MONEY BACK....THEY WILLNOT

Very nice people. First telemed visit was with Ms Miller. She was fast and sweet. My physical visit was with Dr Akeem Attabyo and Ms Haley at the desk. Very patient and kind folks to deal with. Got me in and out quickly and answered all my questions.

The doctor was thoughtful, thorough, quick, and a great listener. I'd already uploaded my medical information to the portal, and my appointment was finished, with renewal, in 3 minutes.
